What To Expect

Your first visit to Hazlehurst-Irving Health & Fitness will usually last for an hour, with the first 30 minutes being a free consultation followed by a treatment session.

As part of the initial consultation our professionally qualified therapist will assess, examine and discuss your injury to help diagnose your condition correctly and provide you with a suitable treatment plan.

At the end of your session you will be shown a program of specific stretches and/or range of movement exercises to do at home between your regular treatment sessions.

Usually normal treatment sessions are 30 minutes, although this can last for up to an hour depending on the treatment required.
